No amount of piracy can bring a good movie down. Manga-based "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" has just proven that, with it being a strong presence in the Japan movie scene despite the existence of downloadable copies shortly after its release. Now that presence will surely be felt in the U.S. as tickets start selling online.

"Boruto: Naruto the Movie" will not be hitting North American shores until October of this year. But with the anime film being such a huge hit with Japanese fans, Viz Media is confident that it will also be the case for the Americans. This is why film distribution company, Eleven Arts, has opened ticket selling and reservations as early as now.

The ticket information is updated daily, with Eleven Arts starting the selling of tickets for "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" in 107 cities and 114 cinemas. Dates range from as early as Oct. 10 to as late as Oct. 30. Those looking forward to watching the box office hit can check out the schedules on the Eleven Arts website. More cinemas are expected to be added as the showing date approaches.

Some Americans may have already gained access to torrents of the 11th Naruto film, but the producers and distributors have pointed out that these copies are not as good as the real one and are confident that real fans will still flock to the cinemas. After all, that was what happened in Japan. The movie was made available online only days after its release but still went on to earn 2.45 billion ($19.9 million).

The success of the movie in Japan alone had led to rumors that a live-action adaptation of the film is in the works. It was previously reported that Lionsgate is looking at getting the rights to this particular "Naruto" title. However, that remains rumor at the moment.

"Boruto: Naruto the Movie" is expected to officially hit U.S. cinemas on Oct. 10.
