In the upcoming episode 9, titled "Nia Saves the Day," of the sixth season of "Dance Moms," expect to see another drama between the other dance moms.

The synopsis from Dance Moms Wikia reads: "It's a week of duets for the ALDC junior elite team with Brynn and Maddie going up against Kalani and Kendall. But when Kalani's back injury starts to act up and Kira is not there to help, Melissa and the other moms have to step in and do what's right for her."

Also, since Kira is absent and the original moms are out of focus, Ashley decides to step in and temporarily fill in the newly vacated office manager position under Abby. The demanding Abby drives the other moms crazy, causing a whole lot more drama.

The 29-second promo trailer reveals tensions rising between the moms. Abby is seen bossing Ashley around, saying "yes" to everything Abby says, doing everything Abby asks. The other moms raised this concern to Abby and even tells her, "You win, Abby. You win."

Meanwhile, here is the rundown of the previous episode, titled "Maddie is Back."

Abby did not give Maddie her much-awaited solo. The honor to perform their solo pieces in the upcoming competition was given to the other students, Mackenzie Ziegler and Nia Frazier.

The drama ingredient is never missing in each episode of "Dance Moms," as Holly Frazier and Abby are caught in another one. Holly, apparently, did not like Nia's theatrical performance that Abby taught the latter using the classic Broadway move, "Charleston." Holly thought that the number was "childish."

Meanwhile, despite the drama, the ALDC managed to win first place overall for their group performance in that week's competition.

As for Maddie, she finally came back to the show after shooting for a movie which Abby seemed to like. The moms thought that Abby might just be jealous of Maddie's rising fame.

"Dance Moms" season 6 airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
