Fall is fast approaching and that means a new season of ABC's reality dancing competition, "Dancing with the Stars" will soon premiere. While there are still some contestant slots which need to be filled, there sure is no lack of rumors and speculations as to who will fill those slots. And the latest rumors suggest that one actress who will put on the dancing shoes is "Pretty Little Liars" cast member, Shay Mitchell.

Late last month, "Pretty Little Liars" actress, Mitchell, told her fans via her monthly Youtube Q&A session, "I would love to do 'Dancing with the Stars.' I love that show. I follow it every single season, as do my parents."

Asked who she wants to partner with, she said she would definitely have to be partnered with current Mirrorball Trophy winner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy. There is no confirmation though if the 28-year-old actress will indeed don her dancing shoes for the 21st season of "DWTS."

Other names have already been dropped regarding "DWTS" season 21 casting but none have been confirmed so far. One persistent name in the rumor mill is "Bachelorette's" recent lead, Kaitlyn Bristowe. The recently-engaged reality star said on "Live with Kelly and Michael" that she will be "very excited" to compete in the show as long as she will still get time to spend with fiancé, Shawn Booth.

Also getting a lot of buzz is businessman and Presidential bidder, Donald Trump. However, this, just like the others, remains a rumor at the moment.

Other names to have surfaced but have already denied the rumors are Caitlyn Jenner and NBA star, Anthony Davis.

"Dancing with the Stars" originated from the British show "Strictly Come Dancing." Celebrities are paired with professional dancers and each pair competes week-on-week for the Mirrorball Trophy. Season 20's winner is Rumer Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, and partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy.

"Dancing with the Stars" season 21 starts on Sept. 14 on ABC.
