'Dishonored 2' gameplay, release date: New trailer shows different exit strategies

Another gameplay trailer was released for "Dishonored 2" and this time, it showcases how to escape from battle. A lot of abilities were highlighted, as seen in the video clip. It was also shown that it is up to the players to be creative with Emily and Corvo in terms of exit strategies.
Based on the reports of Gamespot, the latest video titled "Daring Escapes" boasts how gamers will be able to utilize the supernatural abilities of the main characters for escaping. Aside from that, players will be able to manipulate the opponents' behavior to use it to their advantage.
It is seen on the clip that Emily Kaldwin uses various sets of abilities for her exit strategy. While using a knife as her weapon, she manages to escape by using Doppelganger in order to confuse her enemies. Then she combines it with Shadow Walk, making her stealthier and unseen to the eyes of her opponents.
Emily also uses her Dark Vision so she can see through walls, and this allows the gamer to carefully plan their next step. After that, the Mesmerize ability was shown as she summons a void spirit that will serve as a distraction.
Corvo's skills were showcased in the gameplay video as well and his choice of weapon is a sword. He can utilize Bend Time, where time stops for a short moment, to suddenly eliminate his target. Meanwhile, Possession allows the main protagonist to control the body of another person, after which he uses Chain Hosts in order to transfer to another enemy.
Furthermore, Blink allows Corvo to teleport a short distance away, but a Redirective Blink can also be used where time will stop as he transfers to another spot.
The unique gameplay of the sequel is that it has two playable assassins.
"Dishonored 2" is set to be released on Nov. 11 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
