Eminem's much-awaited ninth studio album still has no official announcement yet. However, it looks like the master rapper has a lot of other projects on his plate at the moment, especially being a part of the soundtrack of several films.

The rapper has been included as one of the artists in the official soundtrack of the star-studded hyped film "Suicide Squad." The film, which stars include Jared Leto and Will Smith, has listed one of Eminem's early hits "Without Me" on the soundtrack. The soundtrack has also enlisted popular music acts like Imagine Dragons, Skrillex, and Panic! at the Disco.

"Without Me" was the lead single from his fourth studio album released in 2002, "The Eminem Show." It peaked at number 2 in the US Billdboard Hot 100 during the time it was released. Plus, it got the first spot in 15 foreign countries. It was also nominated for the Record of the Year award at the 2003 Grammys.

Meanwhile, Eminem may also lend his musical expertise for a TV project set in his home city, Detroit. According to Deadline, Eminem has been tapped to be the executive producer and music supervisor for a Paramount-produced television drama inspired by Joe Carnahan's film, "Narc." If he accepts the offer, he may also write one or more original tracks for the series.

The other half of Eminem's former rap group, Royce da 5'9", revealed in a recent interview with DJ Vlad about Slim Shady's race and breaking into the rap scene.

"[Eminem] was carrying around a lot, man. I can imagine it must have been pretty hard to be that good and then be a white kid that's a part of a predominantly black culture," said Royce. "So, it started out like, 'Okay, he dope. But he just dope for a white boy.' Or, 'He's wack.' They don't wanna hear what he gotta say because he doesn't look how we feel rappers should look."

Eminem may announce more about his ninth album in the coming months.
