Despite the nonstop rumors about Eminem releasing his ninth studio album this year, new reports reveal that he will not be able to put out his new masterpiece until next year.

According to reports, the rapper is busier than everyone thought so it would be harder for him to fully complete his next studio album. However, there are rumors suggesting that the master rapper has already completed half of the tracks on the album.

For the past years, Eminem has been one of the famous victims of track leaks. His songs in the past usually hit the wires first, days before their actual release on official music stores online and offline. It can be remembered that his 2013 album, titled "The Marshall Mathers LP 2," and his 2014 compilation, "Shady XV," both slipped into pirate sites days before they were released officially. This time, the rapper apparently has taken several precautions to keep it from being leaked.

To avoid a premature release, Eminem is doing everything to keep everything sealed and within the walls of his studio.

Eminem himself has been silent regarding the progress of his upcoming project. While his album is still being created, the rapper has also been busy performing on huge stages like Lollapalooza and also contributing his genius to film soundtracks like Jake Gyllenhaal's "Southpaw."

Aside from his own project, Eminem is also helping his former "Bad Meets Evil" partner, Royce Da 5'9, promote his latest album. Royce has been open on how Eminem became one of the people who lent a hand to get his life back on track.

Royce even shared how Eminem became a huge part of his life on the essay of his "Medium album." He wrote, "[Eminem] was one of the first people I called. I let him know I needed help. I came back to Detroit and he, Tracy McNew and Paul Rosenberg at Shady Records checked me into this hospital and I went and saw Em's doctor."
