The April premiere of the highly-anticipated last installment of the Fast and Furious franchise is nearing, and spoilers and stills give fans a peek of what to expect in the action-heavy feature.

Spoilers and the trailer already showed that Jason Statham, who has made a name for himself in many action flicks such as "The Expendables," will be the new villain in Fast and Furious 7. At the end of Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift, Statham is seen appearing in a cameo as the brother of Owen Shaw, and what lies ahead could only be packed with so much action.

Owen Shaw was killed by Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and the rest of the crew in Fast and Furious 6, and Ian Shaw (Jason Statham), is out to avenge his brother in the next film. The official Facebook page of Fast and Furious 7 showed a movie still of Statham in character, looking vengeful and thirsty for some violence and danger as he drives a fast car. It is uncertain as to which character Ian Shaw will go against or go for, but it is pretty certain that he would want to hurt Dominic Toretto.

In an interview with E! Online, Vin Diesel teased about his character and Statham's character and said that it got intense for a while, and that the two of them finished scenes with physical paybacks.

"We both walked away with a lot of injuries... nothing permanent," said Diesel in the interview.

Another Twitter post shows Statham's character engaging in a brawl with Luke Hobbs, the character played by The Rock. It goes to show that Ian Shaw will have to fight anyone who gets in his way of gaining revenge for his brother.

The movie franchise has also discussed the participation of veteran actor, Kurt Russell in the anticipated film after a still was released showing the actor.
