A lot of fans were shocked when it was confirmed that the launching of "Final Fantasy XV" was delayed. It was later revealed that the reasons for its delay may probably be due to some technical issues within the game.

"Final Fantasy XV" was supposed to be releasing on September 30, and unfortunately, that launch date has now been moved to November. A lot of fans were dismayed that they would have to wait for two more months before the latest installment of the "Final Fantasy" franchise finally comes out.

Based on reports, the video game is still not perfect since it has been suffering from some optimization issues. There are reportedly times when the frame rate of the game suddenly drops in some scenes. This shouldn't be the case as the main goal for the developers is that the game should be able to maintain a gameplay of 30 frames per second (FPS).

Famitsu had an interview with the director of the title, Hajime Tabata, which was translated by Kotaku. He mentioned in the interview, "The optimization isn't [yet] sufficient. There are also various bugs as well as places in which the frame rate drops."

Tabata also stated that the game is experiencing some bugs, although it would not really hinder players in progressing in their journey. He says, "There are still of number of bugs like characters floating unnaturally in the air or appearing all strange [and glitchy]."

Because of these issues, he wanted to make sure that the game is perfect before it is released.

According to Game N Guide, a 'day one' patch could have probably fixed the problem, where players will just download a new update for the video game immediately after its release. However, Tabata thought otherwise, even though it seemed like a good idea. In his defense, he mentioned that he did not want players to struggle with this issue just because they may lack an internet connection. He stated Japan as an example, saying 20 percent of console owners in the country don't have a connection to the internet.

Gamers should now wait patiently for the new release date of "Final Fantasy XV" to come around. The game is now expected to become available worldwide on November 29, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
