The case of the missing Flight MH370 continues as Malaysia Airlines prepares for its defense against the lawsuit filed by the family of one of the passengers.

According to the lawsuit, several witnesses have come forward with vital information regarding the missing aircraft.

On March 8 earlier this year, Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 - a Boeing 777 aircraft - mysteriously disappeared en route from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to Beijing, China.

The trial against the airline company is set to begin, and the airline company has been given until December 15 to complete its defense against the challenge brought forward by one of the families of the flight's 239 passengers.

"Today, they have been asked to appear before the presiding judge of this matter on Jan 12, 2015 for (another) case management," said Datuk Arunan Selvaraj, the lead counsel of the family of Jee Jing Hang. The lawsuit includes a file against breach of contract and negligence.

"The judge will then decide on the trial date," added the counsel.

Selvaraj also revealed that Jee Jing's lawyers will meet with witnesses who claim they have valuable information on the disappearance of Boeing 777.

"We can't reveal our witnesses yet, but rest assured that we shall not be calling Mario Balotelli as the star witness, whose name had been mentioned in the early stages of the press conference held by the defendants which even hit the headlines of the press, as we opine that such comments are better left unuttered," added Selvaraj in a report by The Rakyat Post.

According to reports one passenger in the said plane boarded with a fake passport that looked like Italian soccer player, Balotelli.
