'Game of Thrones' season 7 spoilers, plot rumors: Tarly army seen in Spain

(Facebook/GameofThrones)"Game of Thrones" season 7 will air in summer 2017.

Filming is still underway in Malpartida de Cáceres for "Game of Thrones" season 7. The latest development sees a new house army featuring the Tarlys.

Fans know that in the world of Westeros, the Tarlys have always supported the Tyrells. And while it has been speculated that the Tarlys will defect from their loyalties, recent photos published on "Game of Thrones" spoiler site Watchers on the Wall seem to confirm it.

The images show an armored Tarly army defending Lannister soldiers. It is already known that the Lannister army will raid Highgarden, where the Tyrells live, and then transfer the goods via caravans to King's Landing. Jaime and Bronn are with them, and both Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Jerome Flynn have already been spotted filming in Malpartida de Cáceres.

Additionally, Jacob Anderson has also been seen in Malpartida de Cáceres, which means the Unsullied army may join in against the attack on the Lannister army carrying the caravans. It is already known that Daenerys' Dothraki horde will be there, but Anderson's appearance indicates that the Unsullied may also take part.

The battle scene is surely going to be an epic one, especially with all the parties involved. Fans will have to wait until the fourth episode of season 7, though, in order to witness it.

Meanwhile, filming in Belfast is also underway. Sophie Turner, Kit Harington, Iain Glen, and Kristofer Hivju have all been sighted in the Northern Ireland capital. Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, took to her Instagram to post a photo of herself. She captioned the photo, "Somewhere between Spain and Belfast."

It was also previously reported that Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister, was seen carrying a familiar sword while shooting in Trujillo Castle. With Jaime having gifted his Oathkeeper sword to Brienne, the Kingslayer seems to have found a new one: King Joffrey's Valyrian steel Widow's Wail.

HBO has not yet announced a release date for the seventh season of "Game of Thrones." However, it is believed that it will premiere sometime in summer 2017.
