'Grey's Anatomy' season 13 episode 10 spoilers: Jo decides whether to leave Alex or not

(Facebook/GreysAnatomy)Jo will make an important decision in the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

Jo (Camilla Luddington) must decide how far she will go to help her boyfriend in the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

Fans of the ABC series will have a long wait ahead of them since there will be no new episodes left to air this year. Instead, the show will return in January to reveal whether or not Alex (Justin Chambers) will go to jail for assaulting Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti).

As per Enstars, Jo is going to be in a tight spot since a lot is at stake if she testifies. She has spent most of her adult life running away from an abusive husband. If she becomes entangled with Alex's case, there is a huge chance her ex will track her down in Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. On the other hand, if she will not help Alex, he will probably go to jail.

Jo already told him last episode that she was married. His reaction was as she expected it to be. Alex could not believe that Jo lied to him about her identity. He finally realized why she could not accept his marriage proposal. Will this really be the end for them?

Meanwhile, Owen (Kevin McKidd) is fuming that Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) ran away. She left him a letter and left town. Amelia did not want to have kids yet and she had a hard time making her husband understand. As per spoilers, Owen will not waste time thinking about the "what ifs." He will want to search for Amelia and tell her exactly what he thinks about her defeatist attitude.

"Owen being Owen... man, he's a hunter. You saw what he was like when Megan disappeared: He didn't stop looking for her for years! So he's going to be like a dog with a bone. He's going to find out where she is. It's hard for him, because he loves her! But she keeps doing this thing where everything looks like we're on track, and then something happens and she pulls away," McKidd teased in a recent interview with TVLine.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will be back on Jan. 19, 2017 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
