Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will have no choice but to decide on Alex's (Justin Chambers) fate in the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

In the episode titled "Roar," the promo reveals that Catherine (Debbie Allen) will be forcing Bailey to make a decision about Alex's case. He beat DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) badly during the Season 12 finale. The doctor had to get medical treatment because of it. Alex was jealous of DeLuca, thinking that he was making a play at Jo (Camilla Luddington). He did not realize that DeLuca was just listening to Jo's heartbreaks and was trying to comfort her.

Since then, Bailey had Alex work in shifts at the clinic. Catherine, however, thinks this is not enough to punish him. It looks like she wants him out of Seattle Grace for good. Bailey knows Alex is a good surgeon, but she cannot ignore the fact that what he did was wrong. Catherine threatens Bailey that if she will not make a decision soon, she will do it for her. Will Alex be dismissed from his job? Help is not coming from DeLuca's corner. The doctor has been badly traumatized about what happened to him that he could not stand being in the same room as Alex.

Meanwhile, the synopsis reveals that someone very familiar will visit the hospital. As per IB Times, it is going to be Leah Murphy, played by Tessa Ferrer. Leah dated both Alex and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) before she was fired during her second year of residency. She was just not good enough to become a surgeon. Meanwhile, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) will have a bad day in the emergency room. She is also preoccupied with a personal matter. Speculations claim she is regretting announcing her pregnancy. Could it be a false alarm after all?
