Jeremy Lin news 2016: Charlotte Hornets guard's figures diminishing
Despite the hype that put "Linsanity" back on the spotlight early this year, it seems Jeremy Lin is falling behind as new reports suggest that his figures are gradually going down.

In a report by Sportsrageous, it is said that Lin's production has slowly gone down over the past few games. The downfall doesn't stop with production as his figures reveal that his time in the court has also been cut.
On Friday, the Charlotte Hornets defeated the Indiana Pacers with a 7-point lead, but Lin didn't, who was once taking his time in the battlefield, played only 23 minutes and only bagged 7 points. Compared to Kemba Walker's 33 points and Nicolas Batum's 31 points, it seems the "Linsanity" star is giving the glory away.
The outlet further explained that head coach Steve Clifford can't be blamed for placing Lin on the bench for additional minutes since the games succeeding the team's loss to Cleveland and Atlanta are very crucial in their overall standing. Lin had done pretty well during the games with the Cavaliers and the Hawks, but the following battles seemed to take a toll on him.
Recent rumors also suggest that after his final year in Charlotte, Lin may become an unrestricted free-agent this summer if he continues to shy away from the spotlight. It should be noted that he proved to be a good acquisition for the team throughout the first 45 games. However, some are noticing the setbacks on his gameplay ever since Courtney Lee moved to the team.
According to reports, Lin's minutes were reduced ever since Lee moved in with the Hornets from the Memphis Grizzlies.
On the other hand, his fans are positive that he will pick up on his gameplay once more and conquer the following games, despite having his game time minutes cut. He also seems to be optimistic about everything going on in his career these days, giving fans more reason to remain faithful to the Lination's leader.
