NBA player Jeremy Lin has had it tough in the league the past few years. After being the toast of the town back in 2012, injuries and constantly being traded off has definitely dampened his career. The 27 year old has been part of five teams in his 5 year NBA career and has been traded to the Charlotte Hornets earlier in 2015. However, it seems like the worst for the Harvard alum is over, as Lin himself recently gushed about his career and his new teammates.

Lin spoke to CBS Sports and during the interview the California native provided a glimpse of what it is like to be part of the Charlotte Hornets. According to the athlete, the players in the team really do take time to get to know each other. They realize the importance of cultivating a relationship on and off court.

"We understand that it's a long year and you gotta have fun. We want to develop something where we are really close with each other on the court and off the court. That's why we spend a lot of time together and why you see us having a lot of fun and joking around. We really want this to be a great experience." explained Lin in an interview with CBS as reported by Fox Sports.

Despite Lin's over-all enthusiasm surrounding his inclusion to the Charlotte Hornets, several rumors claim that the player would yet again be traded off to another team. According to Christian Post as reported by Sports Blog, Lin might be traded off to Chicago Bulls very soon. The article speculates that since the Hornets gave Jeremy Lamb three more years in the team, Lin might be traded off for Bull's Kirk Hinrich.

Neither Lin nor the Charlotte Hornets have officially released a statement regarding the issue.
