Jessa and her husband, Ben Seewald, had recently announced to the world that she is pregnant. Baby Seewald is expected to arrive on Nov. 1, 2015, which is also coincidentally Jessa and Ben's first wedding anniversary.

Fans of the Seewalds know that the couple leads a healthy lifestyle, indulging in healthy snacks and working our regularly. However, 22-year-old Jessa Duggar recently indulged in her pregnancy cravings, according to her Instagram account. She uploaded a picture of herself and Ben having food at Arby's. Jessa ate a roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce and downed a lip-smacking Jamocha shake, while 19-year-old Ben munched on a large sandwich.

The couple may be pregnant, but still plan to adopt in the future. Unfortunately, adoption agencies require married couples to be together for at least two years before considering adoption. Nevertheless, the Seewalds are right now busy choosing baby names and indulging in cravings. Jessa is still working out despite being pregnant.

Meanwhile, Jill and Derick Dillard are basking in the happiness of becoming parents for the first time. Derick shared a photo on Instagram picturing a happy Jill holding Israel in her arms. The image was captioned, "My two favorite people in the world #ilovemyfamily". 23-year-old Jill gave birth to a handsome healthy boy named Israel David Dillard.

Jill was past due date and went through a harrowing 70-hour labor before giving birth to her first child. She had planned a home-based birth, but had to be rushed to the hospital for a C-section. Baby Israel's birth will be featured in TLC's "19 Kids And Counting" in a two-hour special episode called "19 Kids and Counting: Jill's Special Delivery" at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 5, reports People.
