Things may be getting even tougher for Selena Gomez as she continues her stay at a rehabilitation facility as recent reports suggest that two men are now competing for her heart.

Gomez has had a very long history with Justin Bieber and it seems that despite all the time they've spent apart, something will always pull them together, and this time, it could be Gomez's depression and anxiety issues.

Numerous reports have emerged over the past days, claiming that Bieber has been paying visits to Gomez at the rehab center though these reports have yet to be confirmed. However, Bieber is allegedly not the only one who cares enough for Gomez to visit her as she tries to recover.

Ed Sheeran has also been reportedly visiting Gomez. If Sheeran is challenging Bieber to a competition for Gomez's love, Sheeran may just have the upper hand since he has close ties with Gomez's best friend, Taylor Swift.

Swift is said to have been the person responsible for hooking Gomez and Sheeran up and the two are allegedly dating now. If this is true, Bieber will have to find more ways to woo Gomez and have her back in his life.

Since Bieber and alleged girlfriend Sofia Richie decided to cool things off a couple of weeks back, reports have been emerging about the "Love Yourself" singer purportedly dropping hints that he still cares for Gomez. If Bieber is indeed visiting Gomez, "Jelena" fans could start hoping once more that the two will get back together, that's if Sheeran doesn't get to Gomez's heart first.

Gomez has been in a rehab facility in Nashville, Tennessee since September and according to The Sun, Christina Grimmie's death played a major role in the singer's breakdown.

Grimmie was shot dead by a stalker in June and Gomez was greatly affected by the incident as she broke down in tears in one of her concerts after her dear friend's death.

It is unclear when Gomez will complete her rehab stint but she seems to be receiving a lot of support not just from her family and friends but also from her fans who believe that it's time she focus on herself and her happiness.
