The Duchess of Cambridge, gave birth to a girl, the couple's second child and a sister to one-year-old Prince George.

Kate, William, George and the royal family's newest member, Charlotte enjoyed a few weeks of private family time, but the doting parents must now return to their duties. William has already made several appearances following the birth of Princess Charlotte. But now, the Duchess of Cambridge must commence her royal duties after only four weeks of rest.

OK! Magazine's UK edition reports that the Queen has ordered Kate to attend her birthday parade on June 13, 2015. A source close to the royal family cited, "It's a huge public event, an incredible pageant carried out by the Queen's personal troops. Kate will be on show for it, dressed up in a smart outfit, with the eyes of the world on her."

Indeed, all eyes will be on her, as this will be the first public appearance of Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge since the birth of her daughter, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana on May 2, 2015. However, Kate will receive plenty of help, as her mother and nanny will be on standby while she is fulfilling her royal duties.

Prince William has also resumed his royal duties, having jettisoned off to Switzerland last week for his first royal appointment. Kate and William appear to be hard-working parents and excellent examples for their children, 22-month-old George and barely a-month-old Charlotte.

In his first broadcast interview since the birth of Charlotte, Prince William revealed that his wife is in charge of upbringing of their children. Speaking to BBC Sport, the Duke shared that he would love Prince Harry to be an Aston Villa fan, but would let him decide on which team he chooses to love.

When asked if Prince George would attend soccer matches anytime soon, the 32-year-old shared, "I don't know, I'll have to pass that by the missus, see how I can get away with it! At the moment, being only 22 months, it's a little bit early."

Kate, William, George and Charlotte are currently living in Anmer Hall, away from the prying eyes of the public and paparazzi.
