Past America's Next Top Model contestant Katie Cleary suffered a huge emotional blow when her husband, Andrew Stern committed suicide on June 22, with reports suggesting that it was due to the model's relationship with Hollywood bachelors Leonardo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier.

Katie Cleary first gained fame when she joined the highly popular model search competition, America's Next Top Model. This prompted her to have a close relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio and other famous celebrities. Aside from Cleary's publicized A-list life, she is also the wife of Andrew Stern, who filed for a divorce on April earlier this year. When Stern committed suicide on June 22, speculations arose that the reason could have been because of marital troubles that involved Di Caprio and Adrian Grenier, another close friend of Cleary.

But Cleary's representative released a statement saying that this is not the case. Stern and Clearly have been having marital troubles connected to the close ties the model has with the celebrities.

"Katie and Andrew have been separated and in the process of finalizing their divorce for a few months and her relationship with Leonardo and Adrian were simply platonic as she was there to promote her animal welfare documentary Give Me Shelter," stated the representative to E! News as reported by Contact Music.

Last month, Cleary was photographed with Di Caprio in Cannes' Gotha nightclub, and this sparked rumors that infidelity was involved. A source close to the model made clear that this photographed moment is not the reason why Stern and Cleary decided to break up.

"Andrew and Katie have been in the midst of a very amicable separation and had remained on excellent terms. This is devastating news for us but we have been aware of Andrew's longtime struggle with depression," said the source to People, as reported by Contact Music.
