Upcoming Marvel movie release dates and spoilers: Studio working on 'The Avengers: Age Of Ultron', 'Ant-Man' and 'Captain America: Civil War'

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a roster of movies coming up that promise to take superheroes that, until recently, only resided in comic books, to the big screen. The following is the list of movie releases and spoilers for upcoming Marvel movies:

1. "The Avengers: Age Of Ultron"

Release Date: May 1, 2015

What it's about: Stark and Banner's experiment goes horribly wrong and creates Ultron, a super-villain with the ability to produce a hundred more Ultrons. Watch out for new superheroes Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch that initially are on Ultron's side but switch after realizing their erroneous affiliation.

2. "Ant-Man"

Release Date: July 17, 2015

What it's about: The movie depicts the origin story of Ant-Man who is a con-artist and father. The protagonist, Scott Lang, also has the ability to shrink in size but double his strength.

3. "Captain America: Civil War"

Release Date: May 6, 2016

What it's about: A civil war breaks out between superheroes when the Government wants to implement the Superhero Registration Act. Iron Man supports the act while Captain America opposes it. This movie is rumored to bring about the good Captain's death. Also, Spiderman plays a crucial role and leads a new flock of superheroes.

4. "Doctor Strange"

Release Date: Nov. 4, 2016

What it's about: The movie highlights the origin of the superhero, Doctor Strange. Stephen Strange is a neurosurgeon who gets involved in a car accident. He discovers the magical world of alternate dimensions following his accident and attains mystical superpowers. Doctor Strange's character will be played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

5. "Guardians Of The Galaxy 2"

Release Date: May 5, 2017

What it's about: Very little is known about the plot of the movie, however, it will answer some questions that were unanswered in the first movie. One of those questions is the Star-Lord father's identity.
