Marvel is gearing for the release of its highly anticipated movie "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" and this is being seen in the trailer for the upcoming "Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D" episode.

In episode 17, viewers saw the backstory of Melinda May. Now, the war within S.H.I.E.L.D will take Centre stage in episode 18 titled "The Frenemy of My Enemy". Comic Book reports that Grant Ward may be stepping in to help Coulson and Hunter. He is Coulson's last hope and an unlikely person to save the day. A dangerous alliance is formed as Coulson and Hunter turn to the agent as the war between S.H.I.E.L.D factions brews. However, the war draws in Skye and Lincoln who find themselves inevitable a part of the on-going conflict.

While this certainly sounds like an interesting episode, what makes it even more fascinating is that the former intelligence director makes an appearance. TVLine reports that "How I Met Your Mother" actress Cobie Smulders will reprise her role as Maria Hill. She was previously seen last year in April and is seen as a crucial link the to the Avengers movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Maria Hill and many other characters have been seen on the show in an attempt to sew together Marvel's endeavors on the small and big screen.

Smulders announced that she will be in at least one episode of "Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D" on Tuesday's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" She said during the announcement that, "There is one (episode) coming up. I pop in every now and again to link the two worlds — the movies and the TV show — together." Will Maria Hill play a part in ensuing war between the S.H.I.E.L.D factions? What role will she play for Coulson?
