Formula 1 superstar Michael Schumacher is being taken care of inside the premises of his Geneva home, after having been in an induced coma following a skiing accident in France.

Reports suggest that the Lausanne rehabilitation institute, where Schumacher left two weeks ago, trained 15 medical experts to ensure that the champion goes back to living a normal life.

"A large part of the team that cares for Michael now was trained by our specialists. We are following his treatment and are still a point of contact and entirely at his disposal," said a spokesperson for the clinic, as reported by Daily Mail.

It is also reported that the medical expenses, including doctors' fees and the rent for medical equipment, sums up to £100,000 a week.

Sabine Kehm, Schumacher's manager, commented on the driver's health after the coma, saying that the driver is still immobile and mute, with only movements happening in his eyes. The doctors refer to this stage as the 'minimal awakening' stage after being awaken from a coma.

The driver's home, where the specialized facility is located, is reportedly being blocked off from the media. It has been reported that a Russian TV crew started shooting outside the home, trying to get some footage of the medical experts and Schumacher's family.

Schumacher's family, wife Corinna, and children Mick and Gina-Maria, are spending many hours at his bedside.
