Microsoft's Xbox Games With Gold: Four Xbox games free on January 2016

Microsoft has announced the "Games with Gold" program with 4 games going to be released for free in 2016. Xbox will undoubtedly have new list of games for 2016, but they will reportedly be offering four that can be downloaded with no charge come the new year. The games may be played on both Xbox One and Xbox 360, according to Xbox Wire.

There are two games available for Xbox One titled the "Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultimate edition" and "Zheros."

The first mentioned is a fighting game that can be easily played with fighting combos. This is an ultimate edition where the players can have all eight characters from season 1 available for playing, whereas the ordinary edition only has one playable character. This game combines the fighting features from "Street Fighter" and "Mortal Kombat" in one game. This will be available for the whole month of January next year.

The second game, "Zheros," is a fighting game that can be compared to the classic "X-men" game where you need to shoot or beat your enemies to succeed. This game belongs to the classic brawler genre, which will also be 3D. This will be available in Xbox One platform throughout Jan. 15 to Feb. 15.

The other two games available for Xbox 360 and Xbox One are "DiRT Showdown" and "Deus Ex: Human Revolution."

The first mentioned is a racing game where personally designed cars can race dirty (bumping cars in race) and players can perform different car tricks while racing. Gamers who crave adrenaline will surely enjoy this game. This will be available from Jan. 1 to Jan. 15. Thanks to Microsoft's backward compatibility program, this game can be played on both Xbox platforms.

"Deus Ex: Human Revolution" is a third-person game about a security expert, Adam Jensen, who became a cyborg. Just like any other POV game, players get to select weapons to use to get through the game. This can also be played in Xbox One. The game will be available from Jan. 16 to Jan.31.
