"Mob Wives" season 6 episode 6 will see cast member Angela "Big Ang" Raiola receiving the news that she is suffering from Stage 4 lung and brain cancer.

In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode titled "Younger Version of the Same Old BS" on the show's official website shows Big Ang and her husband, Neil Murphy, in a doctor's office. Her doctor then reveals the possibility of her having lung cancer and may need surgery. She is quick to refuse the suggestion, though, saying, "I'm not doing it. I'd rather die."

In March last year, she had been diagnosed with a lemon-sized tumor in her throat. She then underwent two major surgeries to cure her stage 2 throat cancer. She also revealed that she quit smoking after her diagnosis.

"I'd smoked for 40 years. No one could tell me what to do," she told People.

However, just about when they thought she is cancer-free, doctors had found another lump during her routine check-up in early December last year.

Meanwhile, fellow cast member Drita D'Avanzo expressed how she feels about the recent news on Big Ang's health. In an interview with The Wrap. she said, "I'll be honest — the show is entertaining this season, but when the scene comes on about Ang being sick, it just rips my heart out...I cried a lot when I found out."

The recent news about how Big Ang is doing came from his sister Janine Detore. She revealed that the reality star's chemotherapy treatments are ineffective and has recently been brought in the hospital.

Detore also set up a Go Fund Me page seeking $25,000 to help her sister cover her medical expenses. As of Feb. 10, the campaign has already raised more than $42,000.

"On January 26th the doctor reviewed her CT scan and informed us that the treatment was not working, and in fact one tumor grew larger and the other tumors had no change," Detore wrote.
