Provocative reality series "Mob Wives" is returning for its sixth and final season. In a season dubbed as "The Last Stand," VH1 will, for one last time, follow the lives of Big Ang, Drita, Karen, Renee and Carla as they deal issues of loyalty and family bonds. Dramatic moments are also sure to arise with the arrival of two new cast members, Brittany Fogarty and Marissa Fiore.

According to VH1, the upcoming season will be emotionally-charged as the women deal with a full range of stories not only tied to their "mob" personas but to their lives as mothers, wives and business-savy women.

This season, Big Ang tries to tone down her busy lifestyle especially after she faces a health crisis. Stress levels continue to rise, however, as she also faces financial difficulties and marriage problems with husband Neil.

Drita decides to write a tell-all memoir but ex-con husband Lee isn't too happy with it, considering that Drita will be detailing his past criminal activities. This decision also causes rifts with the other cast members who begin to see her as a "rat."

Meanwhile, Karen tries to be a "momager" and handle her daughter Karina's modeling career. As a testament to her family loyalty, she also continues to fight for her father's early release from prison.

Renee tries to steer away from all the drama and conflict but finds it to be a difficult undertaking. She is drawn back to the drama and gives in to old unresolved issues as well as making new ones.

Finally, this season, Carla is back and will not let the other ladies intimidate or bully her anymore. She reconnects with Karen and Renee but stays wary of Drita.

Brittany, daughter of known gangster John Fogarty, joins this season but isn't welcomed with open arms due to her family history. Marissa is a newbie in the "mob" circles and was only brought in recently by boyfriend Oz Lansburg.

"This six season run has been a journey of exploration for all the women and I'm proud to say they have all identified who they are outside of a world that once defined them, said executive producer Jennifer Graziano.

Season 6 of "Mob Wives" returns with a two-hour premiere on Jan. 13, Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on VH1.
