'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' 'Road to Boruto' release date update: DLC includes fresh storyline and new characters

The latest expansion for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" titled "Road to Boruto" has been announced recently. This new downloadable content (DLC) will have additional features and a fresh storyline. It will also be centered on the son of Naruto Uzumaki named Boruto.

Based on the reports of Gamespot, gamers will be able to relive the events that occurred in the film, "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," and its storyline will be incorporated in the game's adventure mode. The DLC will also feature the epic battle between Kinshiki and Sasuke. There are also new places to explore within the Hidden Leaf Village since it has also changed through the years.

There are also new playable characters in the roster of the video game and this includes Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha. The characters were already available before, but they were only exclusive to the gamers who were able to pre-order "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" at certain retailers.

As stated in reports, Bandai Namco Entertainment has also confirmed recently that the expansion pack will have 13 language options for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms. It will include four dubbed languages which are Japanese, English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. There are various subtitle choices as well and these include French, Italian, German, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Arabic.

There is also a brand new packaged box for the video game which would include the copy of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," all the DLC content that was released before, and the latest expansion. This will be priced at $49.99, but the single expansion, "Road to Boruto," is priced at $19.99.

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" "Road to Boruto" DLC is anticipated to be launched on Feb. 3 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
