Doflamingo, who is now chained inside a cell of the Marine ship, is still fuming from his defeat. Speaking with Tsuru, Doflamingo announces that all the big players, including the emperors, warlords, marines and revolutionaries, will clash in a great war. With the throne empty and there being more pirates than ever, Doflamingo announces that "the biggest conflict for the throne in the history of pirates will begin now!" Luffy and the Straw Hat fleet are brought to Barto's ship and discover that their wanted posters now show that their bounties have been increased. Luffy's reward is now 500 million berries. Interestingly enough, Sanji's poster now features a photo of him and that he is wanted alive.
According to Movie News Guide, Chapter 802 will reveal the reason why the Marines want Sanji alive. Based on "Alpha2late17's" theory, numerous details that have been revealed in the past that point to Sanji being a person of nobility. It seems that Sanji is actually a prince from the Lvneel Kingdom located in the North Blue.
Previously, Sanji had only said that he was born in the North Blue. He also seemed to evade personal questions as if he was trying to conceal his true identity.
Author, Eiiro Oda, is also said to have included details that foreshadowed this revelation including Sanji's choice of using "Mr. Prince" as his alias and Pirate Hunter Zoro calling him "Prince of Dumbass Kingdom.
Sanji also has a rare blood type, RH-Negative, which usually belongs to leaders or emperors. The rare blood type was also believed to be from the World Nobles or Celestial Dragons. In wanted posters, Sanji always shielded his face, possibly to conceal his real identity.
While Sanji's noble roots are only speculations, it seems that there is a special reason that the Marines want him alive.
