The great thing about "Overwatch" is that it continues to add fresh content to the game. The new update allows players to finally play Orisa, a robot that can currently be used in the Arcade, Quick Play, and Play vs. AI modes of the game.

Orisa is the sixth tank and the 24th character that has joined the game's roster. While the new hero was already released to be played in the many modes of "Overwatch," she will still not be available in Competitive Play. This has somehow left the fans disappointed, but Blizzard immediately released a statement to address the concern.

"When patch 1.9 releases, Orisa will not initially be available for Competitive Play," the developer explained on Battle.net. "We want to give players some time to learn about and play Orisa before she's placed into the crucible of Competitive Play," it added.

"She'll still be immediately available in Quick Play, the Arcade (including custom games with the competitive ruleset), and Play vs. AI," the studio went on to say.

Blizzard also confirmed that more characters will join the game, but it seems their identities will not be revealed anytime soon.

Aside from Orisa, the latest patch for "Overwatch" brings several changes for Ana. Players have reportedly been complaining about Ana's ability being reduced, but Blizzard said that Ana possesses tough components, so it is hard to replace her matches. Therefore, toning down her damage will cause her to be less intimidating on attack mode, and this move will also "reduce her dueling capabilities."

Additionally, Junkrat can no longer get damage from the weapon he uses. The team behind the update stated that this change will make the fighter more effective in attacking an enemy from a close range.

Other changes include an additional 60-second match time on the Route 66 map for the attacking team, the option to disable or modify abilities used by triggering the fire button, and more.

Details about the patch can be found on the game's official website.
