It seems that Nintendo has taken a long enough time in keeping Pokémon fans waiting for the sequel to "Pokémon X and Y," which was released in 2013. According to reports, information about "Pokémon Z" will be released some time this December.

The gaming community is expecting Nintendo to reveal details of the much-anticipated role-playing game in the Japanese magazine, Coro Coro. In the magazine's November issue, it was mentioned that Nintendo would be making a very big announcement. The feature made Pokémon fans excited and, as expected, more speculations about "Pokémon Z" have made rounds online.

Unfortunately, when the December issue of Coro Coro was released, the announcement Nintendo made about "Pokémon Z" did not include its release date. The magazine featured news about the blue-colored "Zygarde Core," which was first presented as red. However, this legendary Pokémon will reportedly be the center of the story in "Pokémon Z."

Apparently, all Zygarde's evolution will be shown, including his final mega-evolution that is more powerful than Xerneas and Yveltal in the "Pokémon X and Y" games.

Nintendo has reportedly been very secretive about the rumored sequel, which only made Pokémon fans thirst for more information.

Master Herald reports that the Pokémon mobile app, "Pokémon Go", was metioned to be a free download along with the "Pokémon Z" game. Even though it is just a rumor, there is a high possibility of that happening.

For those who are not aware, "Pokémon Go" is a reality game developed by Niantic for mobile phones wherein a gamer can capture, battle, train and trade Pokémon. This is supported by a wearable device called "Pokémon Go Plus" that uses bluetooth to detect a Pokémon nearby.

It is unclear when "Pokémon Z" will be released, but if these speculations are true, Nintendo will likely give out more hints and teasers to draw in fans before they officially release it.
