(ABC Family/Facebook)A sneak peek at the liars in their prom dresses.

Executive producer, Marlene King, promised that season six would be the summer of answers. Now, there is only one more episode left before the liars come face to face with their hooded tormentor.

In the upcoming episode nine named, "Last Dance," the liars are upset that they are banned from attending prom at Rosewood High due to security concerns. The girls see this as a significant blow to their high school years but the girls' mothers have a plan.

According to Spoilers Guide, Alison, Hanna, Emily, Spencer and Aria are initially reluctant to go to a home prom in Spencer's barn. However, they try to make the most of their situation and finally give in. The girls' parents also use prom as an opportunity to reconnect with their daughters and learn about the things that went down at the dollhouse.

But prom is incomplete without Charles who has plans of his own in order to ensure that the liars attend a prom they will never forget. Trust Charles to ruin Hanna, Aria, Spencer, Emily and Alison's lives.

Meanwhile, ABC Family has released 12 photos of the midseason finale. TVLine reports that the photos show the liars dressed in their prom attire and entering a secret room that has all of Charles' secrets. The Aug. 11 midseason episode will answer all the questions fans have been asking five years.

Questions like, "Who is Red Coat?, Who killed Toby's mother? Who hit Alison in the head with the rock the night she went missing? And who killed Bethany?" will be answered as the liars come face to face with A and this time he is unmasked.

Following the midseason episode, "Pretty Little Liars" will go on a hiatus before jumping five years into the future. All of them will reboot their lives, start college and possibly have new lovers.

Will this truly be the summer of answers? Find out as "Pretty Little Liars" airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC Family.
