'Shameless' season 7 episode 4 spoilers: Frank enforces new house rules to keep their Home

Frank (William H. Macy) fears to lose their Home in the upcoming episode 4, titled "I am a Storm," of the seventh season of the American dark comedy drama "Shameless."
Frank is worried that he and his newly built family may end up losing their Home for the Homeless shelter. In order to keep it, he decides to organize a small goodwill for the neighborhood, probably to win them over. Fiona (Emmy Rossum), on the other hand, wants to hype up her business more so she decides to throw a speakeasy party at Patsy's Pies.
The promo trailer for "I am a Storm" shows Frank attending the Neighborhood Council Meeting. In the meeting, Frank assures the other representatives of the neighborhood that they will do drugs and beat each other up indoors. Then, he enforces new rules in the house that his new family will have to abide by. Meanwhile, it seems like Fiona reaches her limit as she talks about how she has taken care of every single Gallagher except herself.
In one of the sneak previews, Frank tells his new family that they have to find new furniture in their house, get whatever usable item they can get on the street, since all of what they have belong to the realtor. He reminds everyone that they should all be behave and solve problems before they even happen. He also orders the children to clean up the lawn and the other corners of the neighborhood with the tools he found in the garage. Before he concludes the family meeting, he imposes a new set of rules.
Meanwhile, the previous episode, titled "Home Sweet Homeless Shelter," saw Kevin (Steve Howey), Veronica (Shanola Hampton), and Svetlana (Isidora Goreshter) operating their topless maid service. Elsewhere, Frank met new friends and Debbie's (Emma Kenney) decided to end her new lifestyle.
"Shameless" season 7 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on Showtime.
