In the second season of Netflix's popular science fiction horror series "Stranger Things," the show titles that were previously announced by show creators Ross and Matt Duffer will be changed, they revealed.

(Facebook/StrangerThingsTV)"Stranger Things" season 2 will premiere this year.

Last August, when the Duffer brothers announced the second season of "Stranger Things," they, too, revealed the episode titles, which were: "Madmax," "The Boy Who Came Back to Life," "The Pumpkin Patch," "The Palace," "The Storm," "The Pollywog,"
"The Secret Cabin," "The Brain," and "The Lost Brother."

"At that point, we knew everything major that was going to happen moving into season 2," Ross admitted.

Recently, the creators decided to change a few of the titles because fans on the internet were able to guess the storylines for season 2 from the chapter titles alone.

"Some of them are changing," Matt told Entertainment Weekly. "Some of them we didn't put because these people are smart on the f—ing internet. You've seen it with Westworld — they figured it out! I've seen videos analyzing the chapter titles and they're right on a lot."

As previously reported, the Duffer brothers also teased a few details about the upcoming season. They revealed that the next installment will be set a year after the events of the pilot season. Will (Noah Schnapp), who appeared to be suffering from PTSD, will eventually find out if the hallucinations he is experiencing are real or not. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), who was thought to be dead after draining her powers to save her friends, will be back for season 2. As for the rest of the group, they will either be making new friends or new enemies with the new kids in town, the brother and sister duo Billy (Dacre Montgomery) and Max (Sadie Sink).

"Stranger Things" season 2 is slated to premiere this year.
