In a shocking midseason finale, Mike Ross was finally arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud. After multiple scares over the years, it seems that Mike's secret is finally out. While there are three more weeks to go until the return on "Suits," the latest promo footage and interviews point to an exciting and compelling final six episodes.

In a promo for the upcoming episode 11, Mike is taken into police custody after his arrest. Despite having resigned from the firm, Harvey quickly comes to Mike's aid. He is seen going through the list of people who could have tipped the police off including former friend Trevor, ex-flame Claire and childhood priest Father Parker.

According to executive producer Aaron Korsh, the identity of the person was not his initial choice. "The writers can up with a different answer than I did. I don't know if everybody will be [surprised by the person's identity]. But there's a long list of people who knew and there are certainly plenty of other people who could've found out and handed him in even though we've never seen them know," Korsh said.

Regardless of who turned Mike in, it seems that the hand of the law will be tough on him. In another promo footage released, viewers are introduced (via voiceover) to ruthless Assistant U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope) who vows to put Mike in jail.

"I'm the one who's going to put you in jail. Maybe you think you've committed a victimless crime. You haven't. You committed fraud every time you picked up the phone, mailed the letters, signed your name or appeared in court. Now, in case you think your people are rushing down here to bail you out, you got another thing coming," says Gibbs.

"Suits" will return with 11th episode "Blowback" on Jan. 27, Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on the USA Network.
