When "Suits" returns after its midseason break, the question on everybody's mind will naturally be, "Who ratted Mike Ross out?" But of course before that can be answered, the question of when the show is coming back needs to be addressed. Thankfully, that question has now been answered.

"Suits" season five is returning this Jan. 27, 2016 right where it left off in episode 10. And it's going to cater to the fans' number one question: "Who sold Mike out?" In fact, the network is using this very question to hype the upcoming return of the popular legal drama.

In the latest promo for the midseason return of "Suits" season five, it's obvious that even Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) has no inkling as who the snitch could be. After a brief review of the finale's gripping finale, where everyone got to see Mike Ross' (Patrick J. Adams) surprising arrest, Harvey says, "First thing we need to figure out is who tipped them off." Then there's a series of clips that show's who the possible "culprit" can be.

There's of course Trevor (Tom Lipinski), his former best friend turned enemy, who once told him, "You're breaking the law everyday." There's also law student Claire (played by Adams' real-life fiancee Troian Bellisario), who told him, "You know what, Mike? It will all come crashing down." Or could Father Walker (Scott Michael Campbell) have somehow broken his oath and made things "simple" for Mike?

And though only these three had their place in the clip, there are a handful of other characters that could still have done it. Amazingly, USA Network is using this guessing game as a way to involve the fans. They encourage everyone to take a stab at the snitch by voting via the official "Suits" website or even sharing theories in social media with the hashtag #WhoSoldMikeOut.

The campaign seems to be working. A search of the hashtag in Twitter will yield a whole gamut of results, with users sharing varying theories. Some admit to not having a clue but that they are just excited to know the definitive culprit.

Who did sell Mike out? Find out when "Suits" season five returns to USA Network on Jan. 27, 2016.
