Regular viewers of ABC Family's show "Switched At Birth" were sorely disappointed when they realized that the March 10 episode of season 4 was its final episode for the season. Now fans are eagerly awaiting for season 5 since many cliff-hangers suspended the fate of Bay, Emmett, Regina and Mingo.

In the show's season 4 finale, Bay travelled all the way to Los Angeles only to hear Emmett breakup with her. She was attempting to fix their relationship, but handsome Emmett was sure a clean break was what he wanted. He did not even reconsider his decision when she told him if they break up they are through. What lies ahead for TV's most adorable couple? Will Emmett realize his mistake and patch things up with Bay or will she find someone else to love in college pursuing art? Fans would certainly want the popular couple to get back together.

Daphne may have got a D in her chemistry class, but Mingo convinced her to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor and they kissed. Will the two become more serious in season five or continue their friends with benefit relationship?

Creator Lizzy Weiss posted on her Twitter account that season five will premier during summer and that she has already written the first episode. She tweeted, "I just wrote the season premiere which is coming THIS SUMMER. What did Kathryn & Toby say? It's not over 'til it's over..."

Movie News Guide also reported that actress Constance Marie, who plays Regina's character, has assured fans that shooting will begin this month which means Weiss' tweet of the show premiering during summer may be true. However, there has been no official announcement of the same from ABC.

Fans are also wondering what will happen to Toby and Lilly and whether Kathryn and Toby acquire success in the musical.
