Just as she has gotten her life back, Elizabeth Keen now has to choose between the two men who had moved mountains to clear her name, crime master Raymond Reddington and her ex-husband Tom Keen.

Episode 11 of "The Blacklist" season 3 was another exhausting episode for viewers, with the FBI racing to uncover where the Shell Island Retreat is and Red (James Spader) racing to prove to the various heads of criminal organizations that he's not an FBI informant. As expected, Red was able to successfully clear his good name. But it showed Liz (Megan Boone) that there were more groups than the Cabal out there. However, she might not want to associate with Red anymore after it was revealed that she's pregnant.

A trailer for episode 12, "The Vehm," starts with Liz showing Tom (Ryan Eggold) the ultrasound of her baby and tells him that she's pregnant. The erstwhile couple are seen discussing their situation in Liz's kitchen. Tom tells his ex-wife that they can get away from him, and by him he means Red. Viewers are given glimpses of Red and Liz. One scene clearly shows Red sitting in a chair while he shoots someone. The clip ends with Red telling Liz he can't protect her if she runs away.

Fans have been wondering if Boone's real-life pregnancy would be written in the show, and its introduction does up the stakes in Liz's life. As the trailer asked, which man Liz would choose – Red or Tom?

If she does choose to stick with Red, the former FBI agent would once again be in the middle of cases involving people or organizations like the Vehm. A synopsis for the upcoming episode hints at the FBI becoming aware of this shadowy group when one of Red's associates is murdered by a rare medieval device. According to Red, the Vehm is a lethal vigilante group from the Middle Ages. With the group seemingly resurrected, Red has to team up with the pregnant Liz to stop the group before they kill more.

An association with Red will no doubt place Liz in the crosshairs of nefarious personalities. But if she does run away with Tom and begin a family, can they escape from Red and the Cabal?

Episode 12 of "The Blacklist" season 3 will be aired on Jan. 28.
