'The Flash' season 3 episode 14 spoilers: Barry to consider killing Gorilla Grodd

(Facebook/The Flash)The Flash and Gorilla Grodd will test each other's might once more on tonight's episode 14 of "The Flash" season 3.

Tonight's episode 14 of "The Flash" season 3 will feature the scarlet speedster, Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin), protecting the citizens of Central City from a gorilla attack and entertaining the idea of killing for the good of the many.

"The Flash" season 3 episode 14 will be the first of the two-part episode titled "Attack on Central City." It will feature Barry and his friends being trapped on Earth-2 after the telepathic gorilla, Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov), tricked them into ousting Solovar (voiced by Keith David) as the leader of the apes.

To recall, toward the end of last week's episode, Grodd controlled Gypsy's (Jessica Camacho) mind to transport him back to Earth-1, which also became his home for a while. Because of Gypsy's odd behavior, Barry, Cisco (Carlos Valdes), and the others will have a hint that the telepathic gorilla has already made it to Earth-1.

With Grodd's power, it is said that the life of one of Barry's friends will be jeopardized as Grodd will come close to killing him. While anybody among the speedster's roster of friends is a possible candidate, rumors claim that it is likely to be Cisco.

As Cisco's life is put into danger, it is said that Barry might consider killing Grodd as doing so may be the best way to keep everyone safe. However, in order to do this, Barry will need some assistance from other speedsters in Central City, such as Kid Flash ((Keiynan Lonsdale), Jesse Quick (Violett Beane), and Gypsy to go against the army of gorillas.

"I think Grodd could maybe hack a computer, since he's a supergorilla, but the rest of them still fall under the laws of nature and 'kill or be killed.' And since Grodd right now is telepathic, they'll do whatever he tells them to. But I wouldn't underestimate Grodd. Because of his telepathic abilities, he is able to overtake General McNally, who's in charge of the military. Grodd has a lot of tricks up his sleeve," revealed "The Flash" co-showrunner Aaron Helbing in an interview with TV Line.

"The Flash" season 3 episode 14 airs tonight over The CW at 8/7 C.
