'The Sims 4' PS4, Xbox One version release date delayed due to technical issues

(Official Website)

The popular life simulation game "The Sims 4" is rumored to have a console version, but fans are wondering when this version will be released.

Some suggest that there might be a delay in the release because of technical problems that occurred during the porting of the game. EA, on the other hand, hasn't released an official statement regarding this. It means that fans and gamers can take this information lightly and hopefully actual information is revealed in the coming months as to appease the tension and confusion fans could be experiencing regarding this setback.

In related news, while console gamers wait for the official release date, PC and MAC players are enjoying the recently released March update. According to Sims Community Info, the update was dated back on March 22 and it contains new content along with some general fixes to the game.

The new content introduces two new challenges players can partake in. One of the challenges is the return of the Egg Challenge. This challenge makes players travel around the in-game world and collect eggs to receive a reward. This time around, instead of 10 eggs to collect, the developers added two new eggs making it a total of 12 eggs the player have to collect. Once all 12 eggs are collected, the player can unlock a stuffed bunny as a reward.

The other challenge is the "Spring Challenge!" this challenge makes the players plant and gather a grow fruit. In order to obtain this, players must go to an NPC named Jasmine Holiday which is located in the gardens of Oasis Springs and Willow Creek. Once the player gathers 20 grow fruit, the player receives a new planter as a reward and once the player has planted and grew the perfect grow fruit, then the player gets the bedazzled plant. Sounds easy enough, but the catch is that Jasmine has a limited supply of fertilizers to grow the perfect grow fruit. This means players have to manage it and strategize how to grow the perfect one.
