"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" has been plagued with rumors and speculations, but none as anticipated as its release date. So far, however, no official announcement has been made by Ubisoft regarding an exact date of launch, but it is widely believed that the company will reveal more information—including its release—at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) on June 13.

It was revealed the year prior that the game was in development, and since then, a lot of teasers have been coming up about the latest installment in the franchise. It has been said that the new game will come with a more modern take, including its setting, which is going to be more complex this time around. This upcoming third person shooter game is also reportedly going to be set in Bolivia in the near future and will require players to stop a drug cartel whatever way possible.

In addition to that, groups of players may also enjoy the game together as Ubisoft will apparently incorporate the same multiplayer feature that they utilized in "Tom Clancy's The Division." It also seems as though the company will be taking things up a notch as it has been reported that the multiplayer feature will also introduce computer-generated team mates which players may opt to employ.

As for new goodies, a handful of vehicles and transportation will also be seen in the upcoming game. These include helicopters, dirt bikes, boats, buggies and trucks.

A new trailer has also been released and it teases the massive setting that players will be facing in "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands." The landscapes include a forest, a mountain and a desert. The two-minute clip certainly provides an exciting glimpse into what fans can expect once the game officially drops.

Aside from that, different editions have also been revealed. These are the Deluxe Edition, the Gold Edition and the Collector's Edition.

Despite no official release date being revealed, it is believed that "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" will be available sometime this calendar year.
