'Tom Clancy's The Division' new patch release date news: Ubisoft drops 1.4 patch; to fix several bugs

(Ubisoft)"Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.4 is now released.

Video game developer and publisher Ubisoft just recently launched patch 1.4 for the online open-world third-person shooter video game "Tom Clancy's The Division."

A massive patch was just released for "Tom Clancy's The Division" before dropping the much-anticipated Survival and Last Stand mode, which both are currently being developed. The patch fixes several bugs that have affected the whole gaming experience. When the patch was released, Ubisoft also revealed the full-detailed patch notes.

The new World Level tiers are one of the main features of the patch. According to the patch notes, players can select the tier when they reach level 30. Their choice of tier will determine the level of the enemies that they will have to fight, as well as the quality of the loot they can get.

Also, the patch promises gameplay improvements like ammo capacity increasing by 50 percent after getting to the 30th level. Attack accuracy will decrease but only for a short time when players do combat rolls. When out of combat, the health points will be regenerated. Bumping into ammo crates will also grant automatic refills on weapons.

There are also several gear sets overhaul and enhancements that are explained in detail in the patch notes. If the player reaches more than 182 gear score, players can choose the fixed stats in the main attributes. Gears are reset and the armor parts are revamped.

Changes in the user interface have also been added. Users can now mark items as junk or favorites, can repurchase from vendors, and deconstruct the things stored in The Stash. As for the skills, with the exception of the signature moves, the rest of the skills now have a 5-second cooldown period. First aid healing is updated, and some skills no longer have hard caps. Plus, there are better rewards and gear progression.
