Vans and Nintendo have partnered up to release a collection that will truly excite gaming enthusiasts.

The Vans x Nintendo Collection features footwear, apparel, and accessories. The designs feature retro-inspired 8-bit graphics and call to mind Nintendo's earliest video games, including "Super Mario Bros.," "Duck Hunt," "Donkey Kong," and "The Legend of Zelda." There are also a few items inspired by the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

The Vans x Nintendo collection includes four sneakers that feature the classic Authentic silhouette. The first colorway is based on the iconic "Super Mario Bros." video game series. The design features Mario, villain Goomba, and some of the game's power ups, which include the Mushroom, Star, and Fire Flower. This particular pair comes with 8-bit graphics and a tie-dye pattern. Princess Peach also gets her own colorway. The sneakers featuring Mario's damsel in distress comes in a predominantly pink design with hints of yellow provided by the Mega Star power up. The third colorway is inspired by "Duck Hunt." The base of the sneakers comes with a pixelated camo backdrop with the hunting dog and flying ducks on top. The last colorway pays homage to "Donkey Kong." It has design elements from the game's first level and features the titular character surrounded by unique floral arrangements.

The Vans x Nintendo sneaker lineup also includes a Classic Slip-On silhouette featuring "The Legend of Zelda." The iconic lace-free design allows graphics and quotes from the video game to be displayed seamlessly. Fans of Nintendo's first gaming console can also look forward to three NES-inspired sneakers. They are available in the Sk8-Hi, Old Skool, and Sk8-Hi Slim silhouettes.

To further provide a unique twist to the classic Vans sneakers, all the Nintendo colorways have "Game Over!" printed on the waffle sole.

Apart from the retro-inspired Nintendo sneaker collection, Vans has also released backpacks, hats, socks, and tees. The apparel and accessory items feature the same prints as the sneakers so avid Nintendo fans can choose to sport a head-to-toe look.

The Vans x Nintendo collection is now available to purchase online and at retail stores. The collection comes in both adults and children's sizing.
