Before the Xbox Games with Gold list is announced for the upcoming month, there is usually a lot of rumors about which games could possibly make the list. This time around, after a number of leaks pointed toward the game "Red Dead Redemption" arriving as part of Games with Gold in June, Microsoft has made the final list official.

The list of Games with Gold was made public on the Xbox website yesterday, and contrary to leaked information, "Red Dead Redemption" did not make the cut. Instead, Microsoft announced that among the upcoming Games with Gold titles would be "Goat Simulator." This game will be available on the Xbox One from June 1 to June 30 for members who have signed up for the program.  More importantly, the game will allow players to step into the life of a goat and destroy things which cannot be eaten.

Another game which is due to arrive on the Xbox One console is "The Crew," which is going to be available starting from June 16 upto July 15. This particular game is a great offering for those interested in racing where the protagonist Alex Taylor takes on criminals and worms his way into other gangs to find out their potential weakness.

As for the games that are going to be available for the previous generation console, the Xbox 360, these will also be available for the Xbox One. As part of this, during the first half of the month, between June 1-15, gamers will be able to try out "Super Meat Boy" and its 300 levels, which is a favorite among those who prefer games with lots of platforms. The second half of the month of June will see "XCOM: Enemy Unknown" becoming available between June 16-30 on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles. Among the upcoming games, it is likely that "XCOM: Enemy Unknown," which allows gamers to take on aliens, will create a lot of excitement as it is considered as an excellent turn-based strategy game.
