(Facebook/xbox)Microsoft has added new titles to the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program.

Good news for players who utilize the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program. New titles have been added to the list, which means there are more games to whittle the day away with.

As always, the big reveal came via Microsoft's Larry Hryb. He took to his Twitter account to announce the addition of three new games. First of all, "The Orange Box" has been added to the list. For those who are unaware, "The Orange Box" consists of "Half-Life 2: Episode 2," "Team Fortress 2," and "Portals." Next on the list is "Joe Danger 2: The Movie." Finally, "Galaga Legions" rounds out the new titles.

"Half-Life 2: Episode 2" is a first-person shooter game that revolves around protagonist Gordon Freeman, along with other important characters, as they make their way through City 17's countryside and take down various alien enemies. "Team Fortress 2" is also a shooter game, but requires players to work in teams. It will ask players to choose one of two teams, which then compete in various games and challenges. "Portals" is a popular puzzle game that allows players to teleport from one place to another through the use of orange and blue portals created by a portal gun. All three games were developed by Valve.

"Joe Danger 2: The Movie" is a racing game that mimics a Hollywood set. The game, created by Hello Games, requires players, playing as Joe, to complete stunts through the various means provided. Finally, Bandai Namco's "Galaga Legions" is an improved remake of the original "Galaga" that features two modes — Adventure Mode and Championship Mode.

Players who already own the titles on the Xbox 360 will be able to play them on the Xbox One. However, for those who are not in possession of the games may buy them on the console or through Xbox's website. "The Orange Box," which comes as a bundle, costs $20, "Joe Danger 2: The Movie" costs $15, and "Galaga Legions" costs $10.
