Fans of "American Horror Story," rejoice! Reports have it that filming for the sixth season of the horror series is currently ongoing in Los Angeles.

On Location Vacations has learned from a source that filming for a hospital or nursing home scene took place at FOX Studios on June 23. Not much else was disclosed about the scene. Of course, since nothing has been officially confirmed by someone involved in the project, fans should take the news with a grain of salt.

Star Evan Peters previously revealed to PEOPLE in an interview that filming for season 6 would commence on June 7. Leslie Jordan, who played Quentin Fleming in "American Horror Story: Coven," on the other hand, told Washington Blade that he's set to film scenes with Lady Gaga on July 7. Given the timeline, the report from On Location Vacations seems probable.

As for what the new season will bring to the table, nothing solid has been confirmed. It seems that co-creator Ryan Murphy and the executives over at FX are keeping a tight lid on the story or any plot details for season 6, which is only rousing up more rumors by the day.

Although an official title has yet to be announced, it has been previously reported that two themes and settings were being considered. However, both ideas have something to do with children, which is always spooky. Also, FX boss John Landgraf has previously said that the new season will take place in the present day, but will still have "echoes of the past."

Now that additional information has been leaked, many are wondering how children will be connected to the hospital or nursing home scene. Based on Peters' filming revelation, it is safe to assume that production for the sixth season of the FX series has begun and the actors must know who they will portray by now.

More details about "American Horror Story" season 6 is expected to be revealed. The new season will premiere in the fall.
