Transformers 4: Age of Extinction to have more of a China feel

Expect a lot of China feel in the upcoming Transformers 4: Age of Extinction. First, the film has parts which settings are in Sichuan province, Hong Kong and Chongqing. Second, there are actors and actresses who are Chinese, among the cast. Third, several Chinese companies will have their products plugged in the film.

Transformers is indeed huge in China, and being so gives a titanic opportunity for Chinese advertisers to plug in. Age of Extinction is not exempt, as it is anticipated to have stronger Chinese advertising.

Transformers 3 Dark of the Moon, was already loaded with placements of Chinese products such as Lenovo computers, Meters/bonwe t-shirts and Yili Shuha milk.

There is a report that Zhou Heiya, a Chinese snack food titan, will have a major plug in Transformers 4. Zhou Heiya produces duck foods like duck necks, duck feet and duck wings.

In Malaysia, Hong Leong Bank is giving away free tickets for Transformers 4: Age of Extinction to the first 10 people to open a new account. New debit Visa card accounts are also themed with Transformers. The bank also gives Transformers-themed pouch of G1 Bumblebee.

Meanwhile, Hollywood newbie and Transformers new face Nicola Peltz said she is anxious whether she could live up to Transformers fans' expectations. She, herself, is a huge fan of the Michael Bay film, since she grew up with six brothers. Peltz added  thatshe had Transformers toys to play with and memories of them are still vivid.

Peltz, together with Jack Reynor, acts alongside Mark Wahlberg in Age of Extinction.

Transformers 4 will be in cinemas on June 27, 2014.
