'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 4 episode 3 spoilers: Saving Agent May while battling with other threats

(Facebook/Agents of SHIELD)The "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and the Ghost Rider continue to protect the world from different kinds of threat in season 4.

The search to find a cure for Agent May continues, while the threat of the freed spirits still looms. Add to that, a rouge group fights to end Inhuman Registration in Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 episode 3 titled "Uprising."

Last week's slot made way for the airing of the Vice Presidential debate, and viewers of the show can't wait to see what happens next after two episodes filled with surprises and revelations. In "Uprising," Coulson (Clark Gregg), MacKenzie (Henry Simmons), and Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) go after the rouge group working to end Inhuman Registration worldwide.

Meanwhile, time is running against Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) and Dr. Radcliffe (John Hannah) as they look for ways to save Agent May.

A sneak peek has been released and it shows Senator Rota Nadeer (Parminder Nagra) talking about the threats brought about by Inhumans in the news as Coulson and Mac watch. Coulson then points out how cities are having blackouts, which Fitz traces.

Meanwhile, the trailer shows a global blackout happening as Coulson and Mac are on the road. Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) and Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) are also shown as they start to work together. Scenes of riots on the streets and elsewhere are also shown.

The last part shows Agent May lifeless and Simmons attempting to defibrillate her, as the power in their area gets cut out. As Dr. Radcliffe mentions the obvious situation, Simmons continues to find ways to resuscitate Agent May saying, "I am not losing you!"

Will the agents find a way to stop the uprising? Will Quake and the Ghost Rider be able to locate all the spirits? Will Agent May live?

Find out when Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 episode 3 airs on Oct. 11, Tuesday, at 10 p.m. on ABC.
