(Facebook/Better Call Saul)Saul Goodman goes through more struggles in "Better Call Saul" season 3 when it returns to the small screen in 2017.

When "Better Call Saul" lead actor Bob Odenkirk guested on "Conan on TBS" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," he was asked about the speculation regarding Gus Fring's (Giancarlo Esposito) appearance in season 3. While the actor tries hard to keep things under wraps, he might have confirmed the speculations with his answers.

Odenkirk acknowledged where the speculation comes from and seems to indirectly confirm when he said, "Well the writers always do clever things, there's little clues all over the show, visual clues, and one of the things they've done and somebody worked out the puzzle that the acronym or the first letter of each episode of last season spelled out a sentence … 'Fring's Back'," while talking to O'Brien.

He added, "And so I guess, I don't know because I really truly don't know what is going to happen in the show, that maybe this season we will see Giancarlo Esposito in the great role again. It would be amazing."

He was further prodded about what he does and does not know about the upcoming season with O'Brien suggesting he might have been told and just forgot about it.

Odenkirk seemed to be more open with Kimmel, though, when he said, "I'm looking for him," pertaining to Esposito and adding, "He's coming back." Although he said he has not spoken with the actor yet, he said that without meaning to, the people behind the show has let cat out of the bag. He added, "I imagine he'll be in the first moment.

Gus Fring is a character viewers met on the parent series "Breaking Bad" and, as a prequel to the said series, viewers are waiting for the moment when Odenkirk's character on "Better Call Saul" becomes what he is when they first met him.

In an interview with The Wrap, Odenkirk shared the upcoming season will show viewers how Saul's innocence gets torn away.

"Better Call Saul" season 3 premiere has not been announced yet, but it expected to be shown in 2017 on AMC.
