"Bleach" Chapter 640 was translated and made available in English by MangaPanda.com only three days ago, but already, avid readers of the long-running manga series are restless to get their hands on the latest issue. While it is unfortunate that fans of "Bleach" would have to wait a couple of days for the translated version of Chapter 641 to come out, this has only encouraged them to speculate on what comes of Mayuri, Pernida and Nemu.

"Bleach" Chapter 641 titled "Baby, Hold Your Hand 3", which came out last Aug. 27, 2015, is the eighth chapter in the manga that has yet to be included in a volume. It saw Pernida and Mayuri still in the thick of battle. A Heilig Pfeil, casted by Pernida, destroyed Mayuri's left arm leaving him open for the arrow coming toward his back. Fortunately for Mayuri, Nemu steps in, grabs the arrow and cuts her own arm. Despite Nemu saving his life, Mayuri is not pleased with her risking her safety for him. He yells at her, calling her Nemuri Nanago and explaining to her how it would be difficult for him to create another one.

Fans of "Bleach" have taken their predictions to numerous online forums and many of them have their theories on the relationship between Nemu and Mayuri. According to SilverRain, who has been a member of SaiyanIsland forum since 2013, there is a big possibility that Mayuri thinks of Nemu as his own daughter.

"Nemu has genetic material from Shutara, and is either supposed to be a clone, or a "daughter," created by Mayuri. It would explain his feelings towards Shutara and Nemu's resemblance to Shutara," explained SilverRain.

On the other hand Exodi, a member of mangahelpers since 2007, believes that Nemu was inspired by Mayuri's former lover. The member said, "Mayuri created Nemu in a former lover's image, after she died sacrificing herself for him. Which would explain his attitude towards her, a mix of resentment and strict protection."

No word yet on when the translated "Bleach" Chapter 641 would come out, however, fans should expect the continuation of the story by this week.
