Bruno Mars latest album release news: Aiming for another win this year?

Bruno Mars is working hard to finish his third studio album for release later this year. Initially, the album was to come out in March, but the invitation to appear on Coldplay's Super Bowl came up and the rehearsals cut into his time, setting back his album for some months yet to come. Talk has it though that the album will be short of phenomenal and is to be the singer's "next movement," as Mars' sound engineer Charles Moniz put it. And fans watch out. He is aiming for a September or October release to qualify for the next Grammy's, as posted on Mars' Tumblr page.
Close to 10 songs have already been made for the album, although Mars may just change the tracklist if the latter believes the songs are not hit-worthy. And that may delay it even more if so. But that is nothing to fret about as Moniz said Mars and his band are "very close" to finishing for they have been working on it since they "got off the road last year." And right after the Super Bowl performance, it was back to work for the whole crew. The singer-songwriter's fans can expect a "sound evolution." Such high praise, but nothing less can be expected from Bruno Mars.
True enough by the Grammy he received for "Uptown Funk," which was by Mark Ranson, for Record of the Year, and another for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
As Moniz had said, "That's the thing: When the vibe's right and everyone's having fun, that's when the best music comes out."
His last album "Unorthodox Jukebox" came out December 2012 and the other one before that, his very first, "Doo-Woops and Hooligans," in 2010. The third album, its title yet unannounced, is expected to do as well as the first two, considering the 30-year-old singer has put out hit after hit in the past.
