Fans continue to speculate about possible plot of "Five Nights at Freddy's", but there is no official word yet about the movie.

Avid followers of the video game have been getting impatient since Warner Bros. bought the movie rights to the horror game. There are theories about how the plot for of the future movie could shape up under Warner.

"Five Nights at Freddy's" is a popular indie horror survival game created by Scott Cawton. In the game, players assume the role of Mike Schmidt, the night security guard of a restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. It seems like an easy job at first, but the restaurant is surrounded by animatronic killer animals that roam free at night and the players' only job is to survive the night. The first game was released in August 2014 and its popularity led to two new sequels being created. "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" was released in November of 2014, while the latest sequel "Five Nights at Freddy's 3" was released in March this year.

Fans have already begun speculating about the possible storylines for the upcoming movie. One theory suggests that the screenwriters for the movie could play off from the events that happened during "Five Nights at Freddy's 3". Others suggest that a prequel to the game could be created by building a story about the Purple Guy, one of the antagonists in the game.

A report by Design and Trend states that the plot could also veer away from the game by creating an original story about the animatronic animals. As previously reported by Ecumenical News, Youtube has been flooded with numerous versions of movie trailers by companies like Typhoon Cinema and Deviant Picture films who have received positive reviews for their versions of "Five Nights at Freddy's" trailers.

Warner Bros. is yet to announce the possible production date or storyline for "Five Nights at Freddy's".
