(Facebook/NCIS New Orleans)“NCIS: New Orleans” season 3 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on CBS.

Sebastian (Rob Kerkovich) gets kidnapped and framed for a prison break in the upcoming episode 4, titled "Escape Plan," of the third season of the American police procedural drama "NCIS: New Orleans."

The NCIS team races to rescue one of their members, Sebastian. He is kidnapped while he was dining at a restaurant with his mother, Sylvia (Wendie Malick). To top it all, the abductors forced him to use his excellent gaming skills in a prison break.

The promo trailer for "Escape Plan" shows Sebastian blindly helping a woman asking for his help after a man seems to have collapsed. When Sebastian suggests to call an ambulance, the man suddenly tasers him. The next thing he knows, he is tied and locked up in some abandoned place. His abductor threatens him that he knows everything about him — his job and his family. Although the NCIS team is worried about him and would do everything to save him, they also believe that his intelligence and resourcefulness will help him come out alive.

Meanwhile, just four episodes in the current season, "NCIS: New Orleans" is already facing heaps of cancellation rumors. This is after actress Zoe McLellan, who played Special Agent Merri Brody, exited the show.

According to reports, the reason for her exit may have something to do with the offer. Apparently, the terms and conditions between her and the series' bosses did not meet so she decided not to sign in for season 3. Because of her departure, it is speculated that the season's low ratings could have been affected. The poor ratings could also be another factor that the series will be canceled after the conclusion of this season. However, other speculations suggest that McLellan left the show in order to focus on her family.

"NCIS: New Orleans" season 3 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on CBS.
